Hiding Page Types

You can limit what page types are available for pages in the Page Type selector.

To exclude a page type from the Page Type selector:

1. Edit a page type.
2. On the Settings tab, uncheck the Available option.
3. Click Save.

Now this page type will not be available in the Page Type selector.

Important Notes

If a page is based on a page type which you later exclude from the list of page types available for pages, it will be used with a page until you switch to a different page type. Once changed, it will be removed from the Page Type selector in page settings.
