| Description | When user tries to switch to another language a "Permission denied" dialog is shown. In case if permissions for user wasn't set on Global level - changing to another language is not allowed. |
| Known work around: | Using Tools | Global Permissions, locate the user and give the user "Read" access However giving "Read" permission to the user has a negative effect: User will _see_ (but not be able to edit) all items in the active perspectives. |
