C1 Version:Composite C1 1.2 SP2 Patch 1 (1.2.3590.25337)...
DescriptionInternet Explorer and Composite C1 1.2 SP2: When the content tree is expanded to a width or height larger than the tree pane scrollbars are not visible in Internet Explorer (IE). This can prevent IE users from locating and working with deeply nested elements. We are currently investigating this issue and will release a patch soon. Please examine the provided work arounds .
Known work around:IE users affected by this issue can use the following workarounds:

1) Use the vertical splitter between the tree area and the document ares to expand the width of the tree (pulling the splitter to the right)
2) Use the horizontal splitter between the tree area and the perspective selector to expand the hight of the tree (pulling the splitter down)
3) Users using a mouse with a wheel can scroll the tree up/down using the wheel

Users can also use the 'Instant editing' feature to work around this. To locate a page, open the C1 browser (upper right corner, Tools button, Page browser) - browse to the page and click the edit button in the top toolbar.

Using FireFox will also solve this issue.
