Description : Three new facades (PageFolderFacade, PageMetaDataFacade and GlobalDataTypeFacade) have been added and is replacing the DataAssociationFacade. The tree new facades, especially PageFolderFacade and PageMetaDataFacade make it a lot easier for a developer to ,through C#, add/remove page folders or page meta data fields to a page or pages.
