Description : The assemblies Microsoft.Practices.*.dll containing Microsoft Enterprise Library (EntLib) are now the 'public versions' (strong-named) shipped by Microsoft. This will make integration with 3rd party applications that also use EntLib a lot easier.

This can potentially introduce problems when upgrading. Sites that do not contain any existing assemblies with references to the custom assemblies will not be affected, but custom assemblies or assemblies from packages installed under 1.2 that contain references to the 'old custom' EntLib assemblies, need to be rebuild linking to the assemblies that ship with Composite C1 1.3.

The assembly Microsoft.Practices.EnterpriseLibrary.Configuration.Design.dll is no longer part of the Composite C1 distro.
