Description : This enables a developer to see the actual SQL statements send to the SQL server in the C1 logger. To enable this feature change the attribute
sqlQueryLoggingEnabled from false to true. The attribute can be found in Add element where the name attribute is 'DynamicSqlProvider' in the
Composite.Data.Plugins.DataProviderConfiguration element.
