C1 version: Composite C1 1.2 SP1 (1.2.3408.24124)...
Description : This will make it possible for a developer to get some code called first time the system starts up - this includes startups after app pool recycling and such. One use for this feature is to be able to register to other events in C1 at startup which was not possible or hard to do before.
